My love for designing homes started young—my first fair entry was a house renovation design, and it earned first place. Today, that same creativity drives my work helping families turn rural land into a place they can call home.

Open Range Development is a faith-based company serving clients nationwide, with current projects in Texas, Florida, and New Mexico. Our work includes off-grid homes, homesteads, and multigenerational properties, bringing together conceptual home design, site planning, infrastructure coordination, and construction oversight.

As a budget-conscious development advisor and educator, I also teach people how to build economically through thoughtful design, practical material choices, and careful planning. My goal is to help clients understand where to save and where quality matters most, so their budget supports a home built to last.
